I claimed a free game but don’t see it on my account now, why?

After you have claimed the game for free, you can keep it. If you return later and need help finding it on your account, see if you’ve got multiple accounts. If you’ve set up an Epic account with the @gmail.com mail address, sign into it using your Gmail password. Clicking this Google login button allows you to create a separate account, regardless of whether the @gmail.com mail address links to it. Also, check whether you’ve got an account linked to a console (logging into the account using a PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo account) and an additional Epic account. When are products eligible for a refund?

Games and other products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if marked “refundable” or “self-refundable.” But you must have at most 2 hours of running time on your record. Items containing virtual currency or other consumables, products, or games designated as “non-refundable” are not eligible for a refund.
